Our Mission
Fairfield Academy’s school counseling program exists to empower every student to reach their full potential by advocating for equity, access, and student success so that they graduate as college- and career-ready citizens equipped to have a positive impact on the world.
Our Vision
Fairfield Academy counselors envision a future where all students are respectful, reflective, and responsible adults who are aware of, and confident in, their true value and worth. They are strong self-advocates, lifelong learners, and emotionally intelligent members of society who are committed to effecting ongoing positive change in the world around them.

Wellness Center
Students can access the Wellness Center by referring themselves or being referred by parents or staff members by clicking on the forms below:
Once a Referral has been Received,
One of the Counselors will Contact the Student Within 48 Hours to Coordinate a Time for Them to Meet with a Counselor in the Wellness Center.
High School Application Process
Ms. Rowlands and Ms. Marquez will walk students and their families through the entire High School Application process. They will teach 8th grade classes on the application process, meet individually with each 8th grade student, and host parent information sessions to ensure that every student applies to the High School that is the best fit for them.
